Definition: A Custom Home Builder constructs a one-of-a-kind home that is designed for a specific client and for a particular location.
Renaissance Fine Homes uses our own in house professional home designer to create plans with and for a specific client.
Renaissance Fine Homes also offers professional design services. Because each house is unique, we generally construct only a few (less than twenty-five) homes a year.
Renaissance Fine Homes will construct on land the home buyer already owns. However, we can provide the building lot.
